In-House Program - Overview
IPMI has a long experience conducting a customized in-house training for leading corporations in Indonesia, be it multinational, state-owned companies, or large group conglomeration. IPMI’s in-house training combines theory with knowledge application and skill building, and designed specifically to meet the needs of our clients. With in-house training, clients get the benefit of effective program that is aligned to business strategy and objectives as well as addressing relevant issues faced by the clients.
There are 5 types of IPMI in-house training:
- Integrated Management Development Program, or Professional Development Program, also known as “mini-MBA”, consist of series of business management topics packaged into an 8 to 20 days program. In state-owned company it’s equivalent to “Suspim”.
- Courses taken from IPMI MM/MBA Program, each course is typically 5 – 8 days. When participant later enrolled in IPMI MM/MBA program, this course can be waived (credit transfered).
- In-House Preparatory Program for professional certification in functional areas, such as Certified Management Accountant, which will equip participants to get accredited certification.
- Business Impact Project, which can be conducted stand-alone or combined with other training. This program is usually done in teams of 3 to 7 participants to analyze and solve business problem faced by our clients. IPMI facilitators will guide the team towards getting the most impact using proven methodology and creative problem solving.
- Specific Topic Program (STP), such as Financial Accounting for Non-finance Managers, HR Management, Leadership, Effective Communication Skill, Customer Service Excellence, and many more. This program usually takes 1–3 days.
