Executive Director & CEO
He has long-standing academic and public service experiences. He is a Professor Emeritus at Department of Food Science and Technology and Senior Scientist at SEAFAST Center, Bogor Agricultural University (IPB), Indonesia.
He was the Rector of IPB (1998-2002), the Head of Department of Food Science and Technology and Director of Inter University Center for Food and Nutrition (1987-1996). He was Indonesia’s Ambassador/Permanent Delegate to UNESCO, Paris-France (2004-2008), Chairman of IUFoST Education Committee, Scientific Director of International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI-SEA), President of Inter Governmental Committee 6 th Session of UNESCO Convention 2003 on “Intangible Cultural Heritage” (2011), and involved in Codex Alimentarius Commission FAO/WHO when he was as a special advisor to the Minister of Food Affairs Indonesia (1994-1998). He was the two-times period Chairman of the Indonesian National Education Standards Board (Badan Standarisasi Nasional Pendidikan/BSNP) (2011- 2012 and 2012-2013). He was the Rector of Sampoerna University
(Universitas Siswa Bangsa International) (2013-2015).
Currently, he is the President-Elect of the International Union of Food Science and Technology, Fellow of IAFoST, the Vice President of ILSI SEA, Member of Advisory Board of International Division UW-Madison, Bridge-Ambassador UW Madison, Chairman of Engineering Commission, Indonesian Academy of Sciences (AIPI), Chairman of Development Board and member of Indonesian Higher Education Council (DPT), Ministry of Research and Higher Education, and Chairman of Working Group on UNESCO convention 2005 on “Protection and promotion of the diversity of cultural expression), Ministry of Education and Culture.
He obtained his Ir degree from IPB in 1972, his M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in Food Science/minor in Chemical Engineering from the UW-Madison, USA in 1977 and 1981, respectively. He was engaged in several trainings in the field of food science and nutrition in MIT, FMBRA Chorleywood UK, Tokyo University and National Food Reseach Institute Tsukuba, Japan.
Director of Academic
Yulita Susanti graduated with a degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater Oklahoma, the USA where she earned a Master’s and Doctoral degree. Also, she got her Bachelor degree from IPB in Forestry Department, majoring in Economics Forestry. Yulita has 12 years work experience in research, teaching and administration position in Education Institutional. Including Research Associate at Oklahoma State University, full-time faculty and undergraduate program director at IPMI International Business School, part-time faculty at the University of Indonesia, Academic Assistant at Carnegie University Qatar, and Economics Specialist at Georgetown University Qatar. The courses she has been teaching are Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Business Statistics, Business Research, and Managerial Economics, both for Graduate and undergraduate level.
Director of Finance & Administration
Pungki Pramono received his Master of Management Program from University of Indonesia, while his Bachelor’s Degree in Economic majoring Finance is from University of Trisakti.
He has over than twenty-two years of his professional career with several private companies as well as more than 15 years experience as part-time faculty at the University of Trisakti.
As Director of Finance & Administration, he is responsible for Finance, Accounting & Taxes, Human Capital, Legal, Purchasing, Building Management, and General Affairs.
Eka Sri Dana Afriza
Director of External Relations & Communication
Dana has over twenty-two years of her professional career with banking industry (Danamon, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and Bank Capital in Indonesia). She has also previously served as an Executive of Management Coach to one of a premium car from Germany.
She is the owner of Vidya Consulting and Managing Partner of Indama Enercom with highly gained in-depth experience in international networking. She received a Bachelor in Communication of Public Relations from University of Moestopo, Jakarta, Indonesia and has advanced executive education by completing numerous courses and seminars in local and overseas and holding Executive Master Degree in Business Management from IPMI International Business School, Jakarta, Indonesia.
Director of Admission and Students Affair
Rifa Zahirsjah received her Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from the University of Indonesia. Her Bachelor’s Degree is from the Economics Faculty of Trisakti University majoring in Accounting.
She gained her professional experience in Corporate Banking in American Express Bank and Bank Niaga with her last position as Assistant Vice President. She is also a Senior Consultant in DDI, a leading HR consulting firm and is involved in numerous projects in state-owned enterprises and major commercial corporations in their Leadership Development and Competency Profiling.
Prior to joining IPMI in 2015, she was Advisor to Al Izhar School responsible for Human Resources Development and Public Relations. As Director of Admission and Students Affaiir at IPMI, she is responsible for the Students Admission/Recruitment, Students Affair, Career Development Office and Alumni of the BBA program.
Director of Case Study
Ahmad D. Habir (Derry) was one of the first faculty members when IPMI began in 1984. Since then, he holds a number of senior administrative positions at the school, including Marketing Director and Deputy Director. He teaches Organizational Behavior and International Business global outlook and is concurrently a Senior Associate of Strategic Asia, an international policy consulting group. He is also a former Dean of the Management Faculty of Swiss German University. In 1976 Derry obtained his MBA in International Business at George Washington University, Washington D.C. and returned to Indonesia to begin a management career. After joining IPMI in 1984, he completes his PhD in Political Science from the Research School of Pacific and Asian Studies, Australian National University, Canberra in 1997. He also has a BA in Political Science from Ohio State University and an MA in International Affairs from the Center of Southeast Asian Studies, Ohio University, USA. Currently he is teaching Global Outlook at IPMI.
Wiwiek M Daryanto
Director of Research & Community Development
Dr. Wiwiek M. Daryanto, SE-AK, MM, CMA is an expert in accounting and finance. She earned a degree in accounting from the University of Gadjah Mada, a Master of Management (MM) from the university of the Philippines (UP) and a Doktoral degree from the Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB). She is also a member of certified Management Accountant of the Institute of Certified Management accountant (ICMA), Australia.
Director of Quality Assurance Unit
Mr Loekman is a senior professional with more than 15 years of experience and networking in international development assistance, specializing in the fields of law, justice and public-sector reforms. He has vast experience working with various national and international agencies such as UNDP, the School of Government and Public Policy, The Asia Foundation and the American International Group (AIG) Indonesia. His in-depth knowledge and skills from the international development sector include but not limited to consultancy services on program management and situation assessments, policy analysis and advice for capacity building of government ministries, built strategic partnerships with government and non-government agencies, and fundraising.
Currently he holds notable roles at IPMI International Business School (IPMI): As Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, a Senior Fellow of the IPMI Case Center and a Faculty Member on subjects of Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Organizational Behaviour, Family Business and International Law. Prior to his involvement at IPMI he has held senior posts such as: Senior Technical Analyst of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Executive Director of the School of Government and Public Policy (SGPP), Senior Program Officer of The Asia Foundation (TAF), and the Group General Counsel for the American International Group (AIG) Indonesia.
Mr Loekman holds a Master’s Degree (Magister Sains) in Public Administration from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Indonesia, specializing in Change Management of Public Organizations and a Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Diponegoro, specializing in Business and Corporate Laws.
Director of Executive Education
Bambang Gunawan earned his MBA from IPMI in 1988. He obtained a Diploma in Travel Management in 1983, from the National Hotel and Tourism Institute, Bandung. He also attended the ABA’s National School of Bank Card Management at Oklahoma University in 1998. He facilitates courses in e-Business Management and Marketing- related areas. Bambang started his career in local companies which were mostly related to travel and tourism industries. After graduating from IPMI he joined the American Express-Travel Related Services, advancing through various positions in marketing and sales functions. His last position in American Express was Head of Corporate Card and Travel Management Services. He left American Express in 1977, after 9 years of services to join MasterCard International as the Country Manager for Indonesia. After leaving MasterCard in 2000, Bambang has been offering consulting services and training to various institutions in the area of sales and marketing management, and payment systems.
Director of Information Technology
Baskoro was holding a senior management position in a telecommunication service company. He took his master in Strategic Management from Universitas Indonesia and his bachelor from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Baskoro is highly experienced in information technology, especially for telecommunication industry sector. He is now running a Management Consulting Business focuses in IT and Business Transformation. He teaches Strategic IT, Business Strategy, MIS and Knowledge Management. At IPMI he teaches Research Methodology, Technology Intfrastructure.
