    Register yourself for BBA and BBA Pro class through this website, after your documents are submitted and reviewed, you will be invited to an interview test.

    Attend the Entrance Test

    Entrance test will be conducted in an interview with the faculty member based on the arranged schedule by our marketing team. Please ensure your gadget's camera and microphone are in a good condition for the interview. It is recommended to use semi formal or formal cloth for the interview.

    An online interview with one of our faculty members will be conducted after required documents for registration have been submitted.

In collaboration with Burgundy School of Business, IPMI offers a joint degree program for Bachelor students. Through this program, students can study at IPMI in their first third year and they can continue their study at BSB in their fourth year. By joining this program, students will obtain the Bachelor of Business Administration from IPMI and Bachelor in Management from Burgundy School of Business. This program is taught entirely in English and the students need to succeed in the BSB selection process prior to joining this program. Students will be required to pay their tuition fees related to their studies at Burgundy School of Business directly to their admissions.

Terms & Condition

  • Students Acceptance

    Burgundy School of Business will accept a maximum of ten (10) students per academic year.

  • Requirements

    Burgundy School of Business will accept students who:

    • have successfully completed three years (6 semesters) of the Bachelor of Business Administration program;
    • have been selected and approved by IPMI Academic to take part in the program;
    • have a minimum GPA score of 2.7; and
    • have an English Language Proficiency equivalent to TOEFL iBT (80) or IELTS (6.0)
  • Tuition Fee

    The tuition fees of the Bachelor in Management reach an amount up to €7500 (seven thousand five hundred Euros) (2020-2021 academic year rates – to be updated on a yearly basis). These total tuition and fees include all administrative fees as well as graduation fees.

  • Student Responsibilities

    Students are responsible for travel costs, meals, and accommodation as well as local medical coverage.

  • French Student Health Insurance

    Students will be required to register with French student health insurance coverage (flat fee of approximately €215 per academic year), subject to annual change by the Social Security National Administration.

Are there other majors in IPMI campus apart from Business Administration?

As the name implies, IPMI is a campus that specializes in business learning. For now, IPMI has opened a Business Administration department at the undergraduate (bachelor) and graduate (master) level.

Yet we do have 4 minor studies / specializations that you may choose in the 5th semester, namely Human Capital, Finance, International Business and Marketing.

What language(s) are used during classes at IPMI?

IPMI uses the international curriculum as the basis for learning. So in the classroom, both students and lecturers use full English as the language of instruction.

I don’t think my English skills are sufficient to follow the courses in full English.

Don’t worry if you feel that your English skills are not sufficient yet. Before starting the first semester, you can take a matriculation program that we offer. This program will start in early August and is free of charge. You will get additional classes to practice academic English and mathematics. So that when the first day of college begins, you are already familiar with the English-speaking environment on the IPMI campus.

Can I get a reduction of tuition fees from IPMI?

IPMI offers scholarship programs especially for high achieving students. The scholarships range from 25% up to 100% deduction on Administration fee or equivalent Rp. 8.5 to 35 million rupiah.

How can I get a scholarship from IPMI?

In order to get the scholarship, all you need to do is send us an email consisting of all the required documents, then there will be an online interview. The amount of scholarship given depends on your high school grades from class X – XII (each from 1st semester) and the results of the interview.

I want to have an experience studying abroad, does IPMI facilitate this?

  • IPMI has a Student Exchange Program which can be taken in the 3rd year of study, in the 5th or 6th semester. The duration is 6-12 months or 1-2 semesters at IPMI university partners overseas. Most of them are in Europe, namely in France and Portugal. Yet over the years, IPMI has always developed educational cooperation with other campuses or business schools. There are no additional tuition fees, only accommodation while living there and transportation costs that will be at your own expense.
  • There is also a Joint Degree / Double Degree Program. If you take this program, you have the opportunity to study 3 years at the IPMI campus in Jakarta and 1 year at our university partner, namely Burgundy School of Business in France. This program costs about 10.500 Euros for 1 year of studying there. These costs are outside the cost of accommodation and transportation. After graduating, you will obtain 2 degrees and 2 diploma certificates from IPMI as well from Burgundy School of Business (BSB). For graduation ceremonies can be done 2 times or you may also choose one.
  • This international program is not required nor has any special requirements. IPMI will only see your IELTS / TOEFL score. The important thing is there are no repeating courses.

What will the IPMI Entrance Test look like?

We do not hold written tests. Prospective students only need to send the required documents to the email listed. We will give you 1 week to prepare all the required documents. After that, you will be scheduled for an interview. If you have paid the registration fee (Rp 185.000), you can immediately inform the registration staff so that we can send the registration form.

I changed my mind and want to register at another campus, but I have already paid all the tuition fees. Will my money be returned?

We have several terms and conditions regarding refunds, as follows;

  1. Students who fail to graduate from high school is eligible for 100% fee refund.
  2. Student who is accepted at undergraduate (S-1) program of Public University (UI, ITB, IPB, ITS, UGM, and UNPAD only) through SNBP and SNBT is eligible for 50% fee refunds.
  3. Student who is accepted at undergraduate program (S-1) of Public University (UI, ITB, IPB, ITS, UGM, and UNPAD only) through other program than SNBP and SNBT (‘Jalur Mandiri’) is eligible for 50% fee refunds.
  4. Student must complete and submit the Refund Form, a copy of Public University’s Acceptance Letter and transfer evidence to the Academic Director, Non-Academic Director and Admission at least 7 days after the Public University’s announcement of SNBP/SNBT/’Jalur Mandiri’.
  5. The refund process will take about 2 months after the student completes the refund documents.

Am I required to do an internship as an IPMI student?

There are 2 types of internship programs that you may take part in, the compulsory internship and optional internship. For a compulsory internship, it will be counted as your course credit in the final semester. You may run the other internship (optional) during semester breaks for 1-3 months.

You can consult with the Career Development Office department about this matter. At CDO, you will also be assisted in the process of making a CV, tips during interviews and many more. You can also ask about internship and job vacancies after graduation at CDO.

I have a huge interest in enterprise and investment.
