BOC & BOD: FINANCE FOR EXECUTIVE & FINANCIAL SHENANIGANS PT WASKITA

Jakarta, October 21, 2025 — IPMI Business School’s Executive Education successfully conducted an exclusive training program titled “BOC & BOD: Finance for Executive & Financial Shenanigans”, designed specifically for the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors from Waskita and its subsidiaries. The program took place over two sessions, held on October 16 and October 21, 2025, at the Waskita office Jakarta. A total of 38 participants attended the training, reflecting the strong commitment of Waskita’s leadership to strengthening their financial literacy and governance capabilities. The session was facilitated by Professor Roy Sembel, a distinguished expert in finance and strategic management. Throughout the program, participants explored critical insights into financial decision-making at the executive level, identifying potential financial irregularities, and developing strategic frameworks for ensuring transparency and accountability in corporate governance.
