[CORPORATE PARTNER UPDATE] Sinar Mas Mining (SMM), one of the Sinar Mas group’s pillars, is one of Indonesia’s major conglomerate enterprises, its corporate processes have been well-known to the world and proven in the industry.
As their commitment to developing the company, Sinarmas Mining facilitates the HR Startegic Business Partners from its various business units under the “Techconnect” corporate name. This facility aims to connect all business units by prioritizing technology to help firms improve all businesses in the future.
IPMI Executive Education has been trusted by Techconnect to conduct the “HR Strategic Business Partner Development” Program. The goal of this program is to prepare competent HR Strategic Business Partners who will act as accelerators and business liaisons to help the firm accomplish its goals.
This curriculum is categorized into four stages, which respectively cover Business Model & Knowledge, Business Acumen, Leadership Competencies, and HR Knowledge topic.
The program has been kicked off with the Business Acumen topic, facilitated by Mr. Hasnul Suhaimi, IPMI Faculty Member known for his experience in leading large public companies in Indonesia.
