FINANCE FOR NON FINANANCE PT PERTAMINA EP

Executive Education IPMI, in collaboration with PT Pertamina EP, successfully conducted the Finance for Finance (FINON) training program on 10–11 November 2025 at Hotel Mercure PIK. The program brought together 17 managerial-level participants who are responsible for driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making within their respective functions.

The FINON program was designed to broaden participants’ understanding of key financial concepts while equipping them with practical skills essential for organizational improvement. Throughout the two-day training, participants explored methods for identifying improvement opportunities, implementing cost-reduction strategies, and enhancing operational excellence. In addition, the program strengthened participants’ capabilities in OPEX and CAPEX planning, enabling them to better evaluate financial implications and optimize resource allocation.

The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Eduard Naibaho, who provided in-depth insights, real-world perspectives, and interactive discussions to enrich participants’ learning experience. Through this initiative, Executive Education IPMI and PT Pertamina EP reaffirm their commitment to developing financially competent leaders capable of supporting sustainable organizational growth.
