In-House Public Program FINON – PT ECCO

From May 9 to 10, 2025, IPMI Executive Education had the honor of collaborating with PT ECCO to deliver a specialized executive training program titled Finance for Non-Finance (FINON). Designed to strengthen financial literacy among senior leaders, the course introduced key financial concepts such as revenue, profit, cash flow, assets, liabilities, and equity. Participants were taught how to read, interpret, and analyze major financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flowstatement. The training also covered budgeting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting, providing essential tools to support strategic planning and business decision-making.

Led by Mr. Warry Sumitro, a respected member of the Audit Committee at PT Pertamina (Persero), the sessions were dynamic and interactive, combining structured instruction with group discussions. The use of case studies further enhanced participants understanding by connecting theory with practical applications. This intensive program was attended by three senior executives from PT ECCO: Mr. Kisadanu Unthawapee, Production Director of PT ECCO Thailand: Mr. Toby Andrew McCarthy, Supply Chain Director of PT ECCO UK and Mr. I Made Gde Swasthika Mahardika Putra, People & Culture Director of PT ECCO Indonesia.
