Program Highlight “Astra Graduate Program (AGP)”

IPMI Executive Education was engaged by Astra International to take part in Astra Graduate Program (AGP) for the Finance topic on November 2-17, 2023. AGP is an integrated program to create Astra Future Leaders, start from Selection, Development, Evaluation until Placement. The program includes in-class training sessions, which involve the presentation of finance materials, sharing of best practice from fields, and case study from the expert facilitators. Trainees are challenged to show their best performance in Human Capital, Marketing & Finance Function.
