Capacity Building
a. Workshop, Training, and Experiential Learning
Our comprehensive Student Affairs services promote personal and professional growth through a variety of workshops and training programs to improve your skills, knowledge, and college experience. Our workshops and training programs are carefully designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed academically, socially, and in life. These programs provide holistic development resources ranging from Academic Success, Career Development, Personal Growth, Leadership and Teamwork to Community Engagement.
b. Event Organizer
The IPMI Event Organizer program allows students to take an active role in planning and executing cultural celebrations, academic conferences, community service projects, and recreational activities to shape the campus culture. This program emphasizes hands-on experience, leadership development, creativity and innovation, teamwork and collaboration, networking, and personal growth. By actively participating in event organization, IPMI students improve their personal and professional development and contribute to the vibrant campus life that makes our university a dynamic and exciting place to learn and grow.
c. Student Competitions
IPMI recognizes that competitions can transform students’ lives by providing opportunities for them to showcase their talents, learn new skills, and feel accomplished. Competition also helps to develop character, resilience, and determination while also improving skills. Therefore, we provide mentorship, financial support, training and workshops, resources, networking, and logistical support for student competitions to help students reach their full potential in academic, athletic, artistic, and entrepreneurial competitions.

Leadership Program
a. Duke of Edinburgh International Award
One of the notable leadership programs at IPMI is the Duke of Edinburgh International Award, a prestigious international program established by His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, that provides students with life skills and experiences. This program is essential to our goal of creating well-rounded individuals who are prepared for the challenges of the modern world. Key features of the Duke of Edinburgh International Award at IPMI include Personal Growth, Community Engagement, Physical Fitness, Experiential Learning, and International Recognition.
b. Leadership Camp
As part of our comprehensive student life programs, we proudly offer an immersive Leadership Camp experience designed
to empower our students with invaluable skills, experiences, and the confidence to lead effectively. IPMI Leadership Camp is a cornerstone of our commitment to holistic education. The program is designed to equip the members of the executive student board with a transformative program that provides students with the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills, enhance their personal growth, and foster connections with their peers.

Student Clubs
IPMI has always been committed to provide a platform as the vessel for student’s passion. We are assured that it is necessary to drill their creativity by providing facilities for students to express themselves beyond the classroom according to their potential, talents, and interests. Some of the IPMI student clubs include:
- Investor Club
Investor Club is an one of IPMI students clubs that focuses on developing knowledge and skills in the fields of investment and finance. Students will learn about capital markets, stocks, mutual funds, and digital investments through various seminars, discussions, and trading simulations.
- Yoga Club
Yoga Club is a place for students who want to maintain physical and mental health through yoga practice. In addition to being a relaxing activity, this club also teaches the importance of life balance in dealing with the busyness of college.
- Basketball Club
Basketball Club is a forum for students who have an interest in the field of basketball. In addition to regular training, members also have the opportunity to participate in inter-campus tournaments and joint sports activities as a form of sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Futsal Club
Futsal Club provides a space for students who want to channel their hobby in futsal sports. This club not only focuses on improving playing techniques, but also on strengthening the spirit of solidarity and discipline.
- Choir Club
Choir Club is intended for students who have an interest in vocal arts. In this club, students will learn vocal techniques, voice harmony, and perform in various campus events, festivals, or choir competitions.
- English Club
English Club aims to improve students’ English language skills actively. Its activities include discussions, debates, public speaking, and interactive games to build confidence in communicating in this international language.
- Band Club
Band Club is a space of expression for students who are interested in the world of music, especially band music. Students can explore their musical abilities, both as vocalists and instrumentalists, and perform in various campus events.
- Traditional Dance
Traditional Dance club is here to preserve Indonesian culture through traditional dance. Students will learn various dances from various regions and perform in formal and cultural events, both on and off campus.
- Modern Dance
Modern Dance Club is a place for students who enjoy modern dance such as hip hop, K-pop, jazz, and contemporary. This club encourages creativity and teamwork through regular practice and performances at various events.
