Agus Suyitno Nino Loekman, SH., M.Si

Vice Rector of Global Partnership & Institutional Development
Mr Loekman is a senior professional with more than 15 years of experience and networking in international development assistance, specializing in the fields of law, justice and public-sector reforms. He has vast experience working with various national and international agencies such as UNDP, the School of Government and Public Policy, The Asia Foundation and the American International Group (AIG) Indonesia. His in-depth knowledge and skills from the international development sector include but not limited to consultancy services on program management and situation assessments, policy analysis and advice for capacity building of government ministries, built strategic partnerships with government and non-government agencies, and fundraising. Currently he holds notable roles at IPMI International Business School (IPMI): As Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, a Senior Fellow of the IPMI Case Center and a Faculty Member on subjects of Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Organizational Behaviour, Family Business and International Law. Prior to his involvement at IPMI he has held senior posts such as: Senior Technical Analyst of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Executive Director of the School of Government and Public Policy (SGPP), Senior Program Officer of The Asia Foundation (TAF), and the Group General Counsel for the American International Group (AIG) Indonesia. Mr Loekman holds a Master’s Degree (Magister Sains) in Public Administration from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Indonesia, specializing in Change Management of Public Organizations and a Bachelor of Laws (Sarjana Hukum) from the Faculty of Law at the University of Diponegoro, specializing in Business and Corporate Laws.
