Biography

Rifa Zahirsjah gained her professional experience in Corporate Banking in a Multi-National Bank for eight years and 15 years as an HR Consultant involved in numerous projects in State-Owned Enterprises and major commercial corporations in their Leadership Development and Competency Profiling. Her experience in education was obtained by being an Advisor to Al Izhar School, Jakarta, from 2007 to 2014, responsible for its Teacher Leadership Development.

Rifa Zahirsjah is also, at present, a Board Member of the Duke of Edinburgh Award International, Jakarta, Indonesia, which is highly committed to the development of youth leadership.

Mrs. Rifa Zahirsjah teaches in BBA program classes at IPMI International Business School.
