Biography

Rima Agristina

Dr. Rima Agristina, S.H., S.E., M.M. serves as the Deputy Head of the Pancasila Ideology Development Agency (BPIP). She formerly chaired the Postgraduate Program at IPMI International Business School and has held leadership roles at various universities. Dr. Agristina earned her doctorate in Marketing Management from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Indonesia (FEB UI) and participated in a Doctoral Program in Philosophy at the same university. Her master’s in Technology Management was obtained from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

A law graduate from the University of Indonesia (FHUI), she also completed special education for the advocate profession and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a major in Accounting. Dr. Agristina began her professional journey as an auditor and consultant, later venturing into a pivotal role as Senior Vice President at PT Electronic Data Interchange Indonesia, a state-owned enterprise.

An honored graduate of the National Resilience Institute of the Republic of Indonesia’s Batch-48 Regular Education Program, she actively contributes to the community. She chairs the advisory board of the Indonesian Traditional Games and Sports Committee (KPOTI), is a trustee for the Pusbitari Foundation, and founded the Kinarya Cooperative. Currently, she’s also a member of the Pancasila Paskibraka Indonesia Ambassador Trustees (DPPI).

In the academic realm, Dr. Agristina imparts knowledge on subjects like Pancasila, Family Business, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.
