Great Executive Development Program -Directorship.

The program is a collaboration effort between Telkom Corpu and IPMI International Business School. The participants are directors (CEO/BOD) of Telkom subsidiaries or of Telkom-affiliated companies.
It has been a practice for Telkom to grow its leaders who are ready to assume directorship role and responsibilities in line with AKHLAK core values, in realizing the Purpose, Vision, and Mission of Telkom Group.
To make the Program successful, different methods of learning intervention are applied, i.e. formal learning, social learning, and experiential learning.
