Starting the process of improving the workforce at Indonesian Sharia Bank!
Branch Manager Course (BMC)-Advanced is a development program intended for Branch Manager level to develop their competence as Branch leaders. BMC have been held on 2 February – 2 March 2024 at IPMI Campus, attended by 30 participants from any regions in Indonesia. The participants very engage, show their enthusiasm during the session.
They can learn &amp, sharing their knowledge/experience with our expert facilitator about financial statement management, strategic decision making, resource management, objective key result, market expansion strategy &amp, networking, Islamic leadership value &amp, work ethic. At the end of program, participant’s should prepare Action Learning Project &amp, present their project to panelist (BSI’s Management &amp,IPMI).
