Rifa Zahirsjah (Speaker)
Ms. Rifa, she gained her professional experience in Corporate Banking in American Express Bank and Bank Niaga with her last position as Assistant Vice President. She is also a Senior Consultant in DDI, a leading HR consulting firm, and is involved in numerous projects in state-owned enterprises and major commercial corporations in their Leadership Development and Competency Profiling. Currently, Ms. Rifa Zahirsjah takes her roles as an IPMI Faculty and Director of Non Academics for IPMI International Business School.
Indah Rahmaniar (Speaker)
Ms. Indah has her Experienced Business Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in HR Consulting, Training Needs Analysis, HR Policies, Training Delivery, and Management. A strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Business Administration and Management, General from IPMI International Business School. Currently, her position is an HR Business Partner Manager at P.T. Surveyor Indonesia.
Jeanatasia Kurnia Sari (Moderator)
Jean is a Puteri Indonesia Jawa Barat 2020 and crowned a Puteri Inteligensia 2020 on this Beauty Pageant.
She pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Medical Doctor at Univ. Kristen Maranatha, Bandung. Besides her activity as a doctor, Jean is currently also taking an MBA degree at IPMI International Business School.
