BBA News: Kelas Manajemen Lintas Budaya

Being a student at IPMI International Business School means that you will get the chance to study cross-cultural. You can experience how it is to be taught directly by lecturers from different countries and learn together with students from different cultural backgrounds. For sure, it will allow you to gain not only cross cultural but also cross generational understanding. That is also the objective implemented in assembling a collaborative class.

Last week on Friday, September 24th 2021, a collaborative class session was held. Prof. Dr. Siham El Kafafi from Auckland New Zealand with her 15 professional students of Adult Education were collaborating with IPMI lecturer, Dr. Ir. Amelia Naim and 16 of the Cross Cultural Management class of IPMI 2019. The effect brought about by the class is beyond expectation. The students all learned first-hand about inclusivity, diversity and respect. They also successfully solved a challenge to present on the cross cultural topic in a cross cultural setting.
