Dr. Eunice Marieth Areola the Dean of UST Angelicum shared the Sustainable Development Goals for all of us to support, Dr. Shirley Yeung shared the Transformative Learning through a video of Beef Noodle from Kam Kee Restaurant Hong Kong. The students are divided into groups and in one week they will discuss and prepare a proposal to improve and innovate the business model of Beef Noodle to create more shared values.&nbsp,

It can be on how to improve the global value chain, the marketing communication, the ingredients and packaging, and other possible improvements which support at least one goal of the SDG s of the United Nations. Now they have created 17 slides supporting the 17 SDGs and next week on the 15th they will present their ideas in front of the jury.&nbsp,

The students are delighted and we had these international experiences several times as well with other universities around the world. A great of learning is by discovering the experiential learning process. Way to go IPMI Students!
