According to current government regulations, all HR practitioners in Indonesia must already have the profession’s competence determined by the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in July 2019, namely the Compulsory Competency Certification for Human Resources Management Positions.
Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) is an official Agency from the Government that provides professional licenses in Indonesia. The HR professional certification issued by BNSP is widely used as a reference by various industries in Indonesia. Even its credibility is also recognized at the Southeast Asian regional level.
Through this 42-hour online training, HR practitioners are not only prepared to take professional competency tests (certifications) but also comprehensively explore 9 clusters in the field of Human Resource Management. The program, which will be run every Saturday for 7 weeks, not only contains concepts and theories but with our facilitators who have a mix of academic backgrounds and experience in corporations, are capable to present an interactive learning experience by presenting many examples of application in the field.
