Kerjasama IPMI dengan Korn Ferry

In preparing talents for the leadership of SOEs, the Ministry of SOEs (KBUMN) collaborates with eight national assessment institutions to evaluate candidates. One of them is Korn Ferry. Talent assessment is based on competence, traits and professional qualifications. The competencies seen consist of two major parts, namely leading business and leading people &amp, organization, each of which has 6 competencies and 4 competencies. While Traits that are seen are openness, consciousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and stress tolerance. For professional qualifications, the aspects to be considered are finance, commercial/marketing, human resources, operations, and technology.

Korn Ferry conducts competency and trait assessments, while for professional qualifications, Korn Ferry cooperates with IPMI.
