Kerjasama KBUMN dan IPMI EE dalam Leadership Institute BUMN

IPMI Executive Education under the auspices of the IPMI campus recently collaborated with the Ministry of BUMN. With the inauguration of the BUMN Leadership and Management Institute (BLMI), it is hoped that the institution can improve the quality and capability of the state-owned companies’ leaders to become world-class. Not only that, shaping the morals of the pillars of the BUMN is also one of the main objectives. According to the Minister of BUMN, Erick Tohir, the increasingly global and open market situation has an impact on the need for companies that are able to be managed properly. This can certainly be achieved if the top lines and commissioners are ready to transform.

This collaboration through BLMI is an ongoing program. It includes the Onboarding Directorship Program with EE IPMI as its strategic partner. There are also the Onboarding Commissioner Program, Commissioner Learning School, Chief Financial Officer School, Chief Human Capital Officer School, CEO Learning Forum which collaborated with several other business schools in the success of BLMI’s goals.
