Program Pengembangan Kepemimpinan Kementrian Kesehatan

One of the internal transformation efforts carried out by the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes), in supporting the transformation of the national health system, is to develop internal learning facilities to produce future talents for the Ministry of Health.

The Ministry of Health’s Corporate University collaborates with leading business schools in Indonesia (IPMI International Business School, ITB Management Business School, and Prasetya Mulya) to design the curriculum and implement the Leadership Development Training Program for the Managerial Level. There are 8 learning topics in this program consisting of 34 modules, where IPMI is entrusted to design and present the topics of Strategic Management, Leadership and Change Management, as well as Decision Making and Problem Solving.

The implementation of the Leadership Development Training Program for Managerial Level will take place from 17 October 2023 to 23 October 2023 (for the In-class Training session), located at the Jakarta Health Training Center (BBPK Jakarta), Jl. Wijaya Kusuma No. 45.

On this occasion, the Minister of Health, Budi Gunadi Sadikin, had the opportunity to join the class session on the first day to give an explanation to the participants.

This Leadership Development Program for Managerial Level targets participants at Echelon 3 level/Head of UPT/Team Leader/JFT Young Expert from various regions in Indonesia. In general, the program consists of in-class training sessions (classical) which include presentation of material, providing examples of best practices in the field, and case studies. This is then followed by an Experiential Learning session (non-classical) which is a session on applying concepts or theories given in class to the field (daily work) through giving individual assignments or projects to each participant.
