Research Workshop Vol. 12: Basic Qualitative Research Workshop – Techniques, Analysis, and Report Writing

On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, the IPMI Institute’s LPPM successfully hosted Research Workshop Vol. 12: Basic Qualitative Research Workshop – Techniques, Analysis, and Report Writing. Held in a hybrid format at Room D, IPMI Institute, this workshop aimed to build participants’ foundational knowledge of qualitative research methodologies.

The session featured two distinguished speakers:

• Dr. Samuel PD Anantadjaya, Senior Research Fellow at LPPM IPMI Institute

• Ir. Abdul Haris Lahuddin, ST., MT., IPM, Deputy Chairperson for Investment and Industrial Cooperation

Through a series of interactive discussions and demonstrations, participants were introduced to key components of designing qualitative research, analyzing qualitative data using NVivo software, and crafting impactful research reports. The workshop was designed to help students, academics, and professionals develop stronger analytical and communication skills in their research work.

Participants gained access to downloadable learning materials, and those who completed the session received an official certificate of participation.

The event was well-attended and marked by active engagement, signaling a growing interest in qualitative research techniques across disciplines.
