The event ran smoothly and received enthusiastic participation from both students and faculty members.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"761\">IdeaFest was designed to highlight students\u2019 research capabilities through poster presentations, data analysis displays, and open discussions. It provided students with the opportunity to communicate their research findings effectively while applying their academic knowledge in real-world contexts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"763\" data-end=\"1038\">The projects presented reflected a wide range of topics relevant to current business and social issues, demonstrating students\u2019 critical thinking and analytical skills. Faculty members and attendees offered valuable feedback, contributing to an enriching learning experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1278\">Given the success of this year\u2019s event, <strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1139\">IdeaFest is expected to become a regular IPMI tradition<\/strong>\u2014serving as a platform to foster a strong research
