IPMI Executive Learning Series : WINnovation 4.0
People are the ones to carry the responsibility to face the VUCA era and industrial revolution 4.0. It’s our job to win and survive. It is not hard, we just need to know “HOW?” Most of the time we perceive that innovation is a difficult thing to do and innovation is highly related to advance technology. However, innovation does not start with new technology nor the advancement of the latest engineering and product features. But innovation starts with our mindset and idea. Technology isn’t the main focus.
WINnovation 4.0 is one of the IPMI Executive Learning Series events. In this free session, participants will be introduced to a creative, innovative, and systematic approach for problem-solving in business strategy. Design thinking methods emphasizing on empathy and insight of target customers/ users/ consumers/ clients/ companies or business units. Design Thinking also encourages participants to explore meaningful insights to design solutions.
