1. IPMI’s Role in Hari Pendidikan Nasional 2025
Celebrating Indonesia’s National Education Day, IPMI reinforced its mission in developing future-ready leaders. Rector Prof. Aman emphasized that education is not merely about knowledge but about cultivating leadership with integrity and societal impact.
2. Leadership Training at Puteri Indonesia 2025
IPMI partnered with Yayasan Puteri Indonesia (YPI) to deliver leadership and character-building training for the finalists. The collaboration also granted full MBA scholarships to outstanding participants, underlining IPMI’s commitment to empowering women as impactful future leaders.
3. Strategic Collaboration with GNIK
IPMI signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Gerakan Nasional Indonesia Kompeten (GNIK) to strengthen Indonesia’s human resources. This partnership focuses on leadership training, vocational certification, and supporting the nation’s 2045 vision through competitive talent development.
4. IPMI x IKJ: Bridging Business and Arts
A new partnership between IPMI and Institut Kesenian Jakarta (IKJ) was launched to blend creative arts and business management. Joint programs and community initiatives aim to produce graduates with interdisciplinary skills ready for global challenges.
5. CIPS Learning Hub: Empowering Gen-Z
The “CIPS Learning Hub Goes to Campus” event at IPMI successfully engaged students in entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Through interactive sessions and financial simulation games, students gained essential knowledge to thrive in Indonesia’s evolving economy.
6. Research Excellence and Workshops
IPMI hosted impactful research workshops on EViews and financial market analysis, empowering participants with essential research skills. Additionally, IPMI secured government research grants for projects focusing on smart tourism and family business competitiveness.
7. Executive Programs and Industry Collaboration
In collaboration with PT ECCO, IPMI Executive Education delivered specialized training on finance for non-finance leaders. The Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Batch 1 was also successfully launched, reinforcing IPMI’s dedication to lifelong learning.
8. Community Impact through Student Projects
IPMI students showcased their Community Involvement Projects (CIP) addressing real social challenges, including waste management and urban farming, demonstrating IPMI’s commitment to nurturing socially responsible leaders.
