IPMI Strengthens PR and Protocol Practices to Support National Education Goals Through “Diktisaintek Berdampak”

On June 18, 2025, LLDikti Region III hosted a dynamic panel discussion at Budi Luhur University’s Theater Room, bringing together PR and protocol professionals from Jakarta’s private universities. The aim: to align public messaging and elevate institutional reputation.

Under the “Diktisaintek Ber­dam­pak” initiative, the dialogue emphasized that modern university PR must go beyond reactive crisis response—becoming a strategic bridge that fosters credibility, transparency, and active public engagement.

As part of this shared vision, IPMI Institute is actively contributing to the development of Public Relations and Protocol practices, reinforcing institutional excellence and strengthening engagement across stakeholders in line with the “Diktisaintek Berdampak” campaign.

Key speakers included Dr. Deni Mahdiyana, Deputy for Non‑Academic Affairs at Budi Luhur, and acting head Tri Munanto, who urged institutions to sync communication with national education, science & tech policies, and to support 17 national priority programs with clear, consistent messaging.

Experts from Kemdikbudristek—Doddy Atmaja (Public Relations & Protocol), Dinna Handini (Publications), and Arifin Habibillah (Protocol)—highlighted the strategic use of data-driven social media and event protocol as tools for reputation‑building and institutional identity.

Practical insights from PR teams at Budi Luhur, Tarumanagara, and Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya emphasized creative, authentic content: from “homeless media” platforms to showcasing everyday campus life via student-generated posts.
