Executive Education (EE) IPMI collaborates with ASTRA in nurturing their leaders through Astra Limited Modular Program. As one of the leading companies, Astra itself has contributed improving the competence and character building of their leaders. Through programs such as Astra Basic Management, Astra Advanced Executive Program to Advance General Management Program (AGMP), company executives are trained specially in sharpening their soft skills.&nbsp,

Astra Limited Modulars Program is now presented as a solution for executives who are not fluent in English. Specifically aimed at GM Astra and Senior Managers who wish to have the opportunity to participate in professional development programs such as AGMP. This program will be delivered in Indonesian by lecturers and facilitators from IPMI campus.

The curriculum provided consists of business acumen, general management, and leadership. This program allows participants to acquire new skills and knowledge. That is embodied through Education-Based Development in physical or virtual classes (synchronous or asynchronous) with Experience-based activities (Action Learning Projects) and Relationship-based (training and mentoring).

Astra Limited Modular Program will take place over a period of 6 months. Consisting of a pre-program that has started mid-June 2021 via online learning. It will be continued with the delivery of modules for 3 weeks long. After that, the participants will get group mentoring in the second month to the sixth month. This program will be closed with a final presentation from each group over their business project.
