Get to Know Library Rules
How to be IPMI’s Library Member
1. Internal:
- You are registered as students, faculty members, staff, and management of the IPMI International Business School.
- Prepare to show the proof in point (a), you can use your ID Card, SK, Letter of Assignment.
- Prepare to show your IPMI email and active phone number.
- Contact our librarian.
- You will get a free membership.
2. External:
- Intended for IPMI Alumni and the general public.
- Prepare your ID card, email and active phone number.
- Contact our librarian.
- Payment of Annual Subscription fee for members is Rp. 500.000,-
- Externals can use library facilities such as reading library collections, such as books, magazines, journals, photocopies of books and magazines by submitting a KTP / ID card as a guarantor to borrow library collections and KTP / ID cards will be returned when they have returned the borrowed collection.
Borrowing books
The following is the procedure for borrowing books at the IPMI Library;
1. Internal:
- Students (BBA, MBA/EMBA) can borrow up to a maximum of 3 books at one time.
- The duration takes up to 2 weeks and can only be extended for 2 days.
- Those who exceed the loan time limit will be charged an overdue fee of IDR 2.000/day/book
2. External:
- Alumni and the public who have the membership can borrow up to a maximum of 2 books at one time.
- The duration takes up to 2 weeks and can only be extended for 2 days.
- Those who exceed the loan time limit will be charged an overdue fee of IDR 3.000/day/book.
- If there is no response within a week, we will inform you through our social media.
- Alumni and public who aren’t members may only read in the library during office hours.

- Reference Desk (Research Assistance).
- Training for retrieval information.
- Plagiarism checker.
- Training for information literate, Mendeley, Zotero, how to cite the citation, how to find the journal, how to find the case study.
- Case study consultation.
- Thesis, CIP, journal format consultation.
