Ministry of Health Leadership Development Program

We are pleased to announce the Managerial Leaders Program, which has taken place in Bali from 27 May to 11 July 2024. This intensive program develops managerial leaders who can effectively drive the National Health Transformation.
Participants will engage in a comprehensive curriculum covering essential topics such as strategic management, leadership and change management, policy development, and more. The program enhances participants’ analytical and strategic thinking abilities and equips them with a digital mindset and agile leadership skills.

The Managerial Leader program follows a 70:20:10 learning model, ensuring a balanced approach with 10% classroom learning, 20% social learning through coaching and mentoring, and 70% experiential learning. This method ensures that participants can immediately apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, driving tangible organizational improvements. By participating in this program, the participants will be prepared to lead with confidence, make data-driven decisions, and most importantly, contribute significantly to the National Health Transformation. Their role in this transformation is crucial, and we are excited to help them prepare for it.
