Dety Nurfadillah has a degree in Islamic Finance and Banking from the Universiti Utara Malaysia and continued for MBA minoring in Islamic Banking Finance in International Islamic University Malaysia.

Dety is a Strong Research Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in Research Design, Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, Budgeting, Business Planning, Risk Management, Market Research, and Strategic Management.

She is actively involved in the organization, such as the Islamic Economic Forum For Indonesian Development (ISEFID) and Indonesia Competitiveness and Economic Development (ICED Institute).

Dety’s current research interests are in Islamic banking and finance, corporate finance, capital structure, earning management, Fintech, corporate governance, banking and finance, corporate social responsibility, financial performance, risk management, financial sustainability, and financial economics. She has published international refereed journal articles and regularly presents scholarly research papers at national and international conferences.

Mrs. Dety Nurfadillah teaches in BBA program classes at IPMI International Business School.
