Jimmy M. Rifai Gani
Jimmy holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He is the Executive Director of IPMI International Business School, while also holding positions of President and CEO of PT IPMI International Indonesia, Chairman of PFI Group, Commissioner of Sriboga Flour Mill, Commissioner of Sari Pan Pacific Hotel, and Senior Advisor at Tip Top.
In 2003, he founded Proven Force Indonesia, an organization established to help companies improve. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Chief Analyst for the Asia Pacific region of a leading world-wide productivity consulting firm IMPAC. In May 2009, he was appointed by the Indonesian Minister of State-Owned-Enterprise (SOE) as the CEO of Sarinah. He was awarded the record of Museum Rekor Indonesia as the Youngest CEO in the history of Indonesian SOE.
Jimmy has been active in numerous professional associations such as the Indonesian Chambers of Commerce and Indutry (KADIN). He was Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Central Board of the Indonesian Retail Merchants Association (Aprindo) and also sat as a committee member to implement of the Masterplan for the Acceleration and Expansion of Indonesia’s Economic Development (MP3EI).
