Biography

Dr. Liza Agustina Maureen Nelloh, SE., MM., CDM is currently serving as the Acting Head of the MBA Program (Plh. Head of MBA Program) and an Assistant Professor at IPMI International Business School. She teaches Business Research Methods and Marketing-related courses across the BBA and MBA programs.

With approximately 18 years of experience in higher education, Dr. Liza has extensive experience in teaching, particularly through experiential learning and design thinking approaches. Her academic expertise lies in quantitative research and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with proficiency in various analytical tools, including SmartPLS, AMOS, and LISREL. Since 2010, she has published research at both national and international levels, particularly focusing on behavioral intention and consumer behavior across various contexts.

Dr. Liza holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration (IBA) from Universitas Sam Ratulangi, Manado, and a Master of Management degree from Satya Wacana Christian University. She earned her Doctoral Degree in Business and Management from the School of Business, IPB University, graduating with a perfect GPA of 4.00. She was also recognized as the Best Graduate among Doctor of Management (DMB) students at IPB University’s 5th Graduation Ceremony in December 2025.

Her academic achievements include several awards for research and academic presentations. In 2015, she received the Best Paper Award at the 1st National Conference: Bridging the Gap Between Theory and Practice, organized by Universitas Pelita Harapan (UPH), for her paper entitled “Word of Mouth Intention toward Entrepreneurial Restaurant in Shopping Mall Center Surabaya,” which was subsequently published in DeReMa (Development Research of Management) Journal. She was also nominated for the Best Paper Award at the National Conference of Business and Entrepreneurship organized by Universitas Ciputra for her research entitled “Intentions to Apply as Internship Students on Digital Start-Up Companies in Jakarta,” which was published in Jurnal Ekonomi dan Bisnis.

In 2018, she received the Best Presenter Award at the International Conference of the Asian Forum on Business Education (AFBE), held on December 6–7, 2018. Her presented paper, “The Motives on Intention and Usage of Peer-to-Peer Online Transportation: The Supply Side Perspective,” examined behavioral intention and technology adoption from the supply-side perspective.

At IPMI International Business School, Dr. Liza is actively involved in teaching, academic program management, research, curriculum development, and student learning activities across the BBA and MBA programs.
