GOOD MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (GMDP) DANAREKSA

IPMI Business School’s Executive Education, in collaboration with Danareksa, successfully conducted the Good Manager Development Program (GMDP), a specialized training initiative designed for 25 managerial-level participants.

This comprehensive program aims to enhance participants’ strategic leadership competencies, strengthen their team management capabilities, improve their stakeholder engagement skills, and deepen their business acumen to effectively drive organizational performance and growth.

Throughout the program, participants engaged in a dynamic learning experience combining lectures, discussions, and practical exercises. The sessions were facilitated by distinguished experts and practitioners, including Andika Kartika Utomo, Tya Adhitama, Prof. Roy Sembel, Danny Kosasih, Hesti Nur Lestari, Effendi Ibnoe, Retno Dwiyanti, Pande Nyoman, and Patrick Simanjuntak, who shared valuable insights and real-world perspectives on effective leadership and management practices.
