Kick Off Training Business Development Management Program (BDMP)

The Business Development Management Program (BDMP), a highly focused and immersive training initiative, was held from August 4th to 14th. This transformative event was strategically crafted to empower a select cohort of 20 high-potential First-Line Leaders within the Kalbe Group’s Business Development function, specifically targeting Senior Supervisors and New Managers. The core objective was to significantly enhance their functional competencies and bolster their proficiency in two critical areas: the skillful exploitation of existing business opportunities and the innovative exploration of new market ventures.

The curriculum was meticulously designed and delivered by a distinguished panel of expert facilitators, including prominent figures like Prof Roy, Pande Nyoman Agus Jaya, and Tya Adithama. Their combined expertise provided participants with invaluable, real-world insights, and actionable frameworks to apply directly to their roles.
