BBA News: IPMI Cross-Cultural students were experiencing more challenge by joining the Competition of knowledge transfer on Food with Hong Kong spirit, which represents the Sustainable Development Goals of point 4.7.
The judges are Mr. Chu Chun Fung, Executive Director of Profit Smart Group limited HK; Mr. Raymond Chui Man Wai, Chairman of The Institution of Dining Art; and Mr. Samme Cheng Pak Man the Vice-Chairman of the Institution of Dining Art. There were four groups of inter-cultural members from IPMI International Business Schools and UST Thomas Angelicum Manila who presented their innovations. Juries were all impressed with the creativity and innovations of the groups and decided to pay the highest respect to all of the presenting team.
Earlier on Thursday 17th of December 2020, Dr. Yeung from Hong Kong was transferring the knowledge of making milk tea and pineapple bun the Hong Kong way, and challenge the students to come up with innovative ideas based on this Hong Kong popular F&B. On Saturday the four groups presented their ideas in front of the jury. All of the four groups come up with out of the box ideas that mesmerized the zoom participants who came from 6 countries and impressed the jury.
