IPMI International Business School and Gratia Christian College Hong Kong students discussed a holistic human resources model to support Ethical business supporting SDGs with professors and students from Indonesia and Hong Kong.
Through discussion, it is realized that to support Global Goals, talent development training begins with self-awareness, belief, and self or organizational relationships.
Improving employees’ capabilities by experimenting, reflecting, and measuring employees’ potentials, needs, capabilities, performance, and relationships is a learning journey for organizations.
Through experimenting with operation flows, reflecting on skills developed, measuring employees’ potentials, needs, capabilities, performance, and relationships, the effectiveness and productivity of organizations will be enhanced.
All participants from both campuses enjoyed this virtual knowledge transfer experience and it is proven that IPMI, as an International Business School, implements Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka spirit in borderless learning.
