LEADERSHIP ACCELERATION PROGRAM (LEAP) 1.0 PT FKS

Executive Education IPMI, in collaboration with PT FKS, successfully launched the Leadership Acceleration Program (LEAP) 1.0, a strategic leadership development initiative designed to prepare the next generation of leaders within the organization. The program, attended by 20 selected participants, is conducted offline at the FKS Office from 7 July to 15 December 2025.

LEAP 1.0 is an exclusive program specifically tailored for employees categorized as “star talents”, who have been identified as future leaders and will be integrated into the company’s succession plan pipeline. The participants—primarily those at the Supervisor and Manager levels—are being equipped with advanced leadership competencies to prepare them for higher-level roles within the organization.

The program features an exceptional lineup of facilitators, each bringing extensive industry experience and academic expertise. Among them are Ir. Made Harta Wijaya, Patrick Simanjuntak, MBA, Danny Kosasih, Dian Triasurya, MBA, Ir. Sony W. Antonio, Dr. Hoteomo Lembito, Monica Kumalasari, Rudy Affandi, MM, Hasnul Suhaimi, MBA, and Dr. Eduard Naibaho. Their combined insights provide participants with a comprehensive and practical understanding of leadership, strategic thinking, organizational development, and business acumen.
