Certified Human Resources (CHR) 2025

IPMI Executive Education has officially commenced the Certified Human Resources (CHR) Training Program, a professional development initiative designed to enhance strategic HR capabilities and strengthen organizational performance.

The program is delivered fully online via Zoom, running as a Saturday class series from September 4 to October 18, 2025. Over the course of six weeks, participants will engage in comprehensive modules covering core aspects of human resources management, organizational development, and leadership in people strategy.

This batch brings together 10 participants from a range of industries, including representatives from PT Antam, PT Dani Prisma Mitra, and PT Yummy Food. The diversity of participating companies creates a dynamic learning environment, fostering cross-industry exchange of perspectives and best practices.

Through a balance of theoretical frameworks, case-based discussions, and practical insights, the CHR program aims to equip participants with the knowledge and competencies required to manage complex HR challenges. The program also emphasizes the role of HR leaders in supporting organizational transformation and driving sustainable growth.
