Emerging Leadership Development Program (MLDP) PT KAI

Jakarta, October 14, 2025 — IPMI Business School’s Executive Education successfully conducted the Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP), one of the flagship leadership development initiatives of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The program was held from August 25 to October 14, 2025, through a hybrid learning format, combining both online and offline sessions, and was attended by 25 participants. This training program is designed to develop future leaders of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The Emerging Leadership Development Program (ELDP) aims to enhance leadership competencies required to effectively execute the company’s strategies and achieve its business objectives. The program focuses on strengthening managerial competencies among participants, including broadening their knowledge and mindset as leaders, improving their ability to lead teams and organizations effectively, and developing a comprehensive understanding of both internal and external business contexts to support sound decision-making. Additionally, the program enhances participants’ practical skills in planning, execution, and systematic evaluation to ensure continuous improvement and performance excellence.
