Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) PT KAI

Jakarta, October 29, 2025 — IPMI Business School’s Executive Education successfully conducted the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) Batch 1, a specially designed program for BOD-1 or Executive Vice President level leaders who hold strategic responsibilities in leading and directing the organization. The program was held from August 6 to October 29, 2025, through a hybrid learning format, combining both online and offline sessions, and was attended by 16 participants. The Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP) integrates both theoretical and practical learning with the primary goal of strengthening leadership competencies aligned with the company’s standards and strategic vision. This initiative is expected to cultivate future leaders capable of facing complex business challenges, identifying emerging opportunities within the industry, and driving PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) toward competitive excellence at both national and global levels, while ensuring sustainable business growth. Through this program, Executive Education IPMI continues to demonstrate its commitment to developing transformative leaders who embody strategic thinking, innovation, and organizational excellence.
