HR FOR NON HR COMMISSIONER TRAINING PT KAI

Jakarta, September 26, 2025 — IPMI Business School’s Executive Education successfully conducted a training program titled “HR for Non-HR”, designed specifically for the Board of Commissioners of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The two-day program was held on September 25–26, 2025, at the IPMI Business School campus in Jakarta. The training aimed to provide strategic insights into the role of human resource management in supporting organizational performance, particularly from the perspective of governance and oversight. Through this program, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of how HR policies and practices can be effectively integrated with corporate strategies to enhance performance and ensure long-term sustainability. The sessions were facilitated by two distinguished experts in management and human resources, Dr. Aries Zuswana and Ms. Retno Dwiyanti, MBA, who delivered interactive materials supported by case studies and strategic discussions. This program is expected to strengthen the role of PT KAI’s commissioners in providing strategic direction and oversight of human capital policies, fostering an adaptive, productive, and highly competitive organizational culture.
