IPMI x BPIP RI: Pancasila Youth Fest 2026

IPMI International Business School and BPIP RI Successfully Host Pancasila Youth Fest 2026:
Empowering a New Generation of Leaders with Character and Cultural Harmony

JAKARTA, June 2, 2026 – IPMI International Business School, in collaboration with the Badan Pembinaan Ideologi Pancasila (BPIP) RI, proudly announces the successful completion of the Pancasila Youth Fest 2026. Carrying the theme “In One Rhythm, We Rise,” this culture- and education-based youth movement has served as a strategic collaborative platform to actualize Pancasila values among the younger generation.

The program, which ran from February and culminated in May, garnered support from more than 10 strategic partners, including Yayasan Puteri Indonesia (YPI) and Institut Kesenian Jakarta (IKJ). It attracted over 500 participants, consisting of high school students across Greater Jakarta and university students, who actively engaged in two flagship programs: the Derap Kebangsaan dialogue forum and the Ratoh Jaroe Dance Competition.

Held on May 16, 2026, at the IPMI campus, Derap Kebangsaan served as a platform for character-building and leadership development among future leaders. The Rector of IPMI International Business School, Prof. Ir. M. Aman Wirakartakusumah, M.Sc., Ph.D., reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to nurturing leaders who are not only academically उत्कृष्ट but also possess strong national integrity.

The plenary session featured prominent national figures delivering impactful messages to youth:

• Dr. Rima Agristina, S.H., S.E., M.M. (Vice Head of BPIP RI): emphasized the importance of character development, integrity, and ethical leadership as the foundation of the nation.
• Agnes Aditya Rahajeng, S.I.Kom (Puteri Indonesia 2026): inspired participants with the message that one cannot create impact for others without first accepting oneself.
• Prof. Dr. Henry Eryanto, M.M. (Professor at Universitas Negeri Jakarta): highlighted that discipline begins with embracing discomfort and must become a lifelong habit.
• Prof. Dr. Roy Darmawan, S.E., M.Si.: stressed that while differences are inevitable, unity is a conscious choice for the younger generation.

The forum also featured five Thematic Experience Rooms offering practical insights, including:

• Leadership Corner, featuring Aurina Setyawitta (National Director, Duke of Edinburgh Indonesia)
• Women Empowerment, with Angkie Yudistia
• SDGs Corner, with Dr. Ir. Amelia Naim Indrajaya, MBA
• Investment Gallery and InnoHub, focusing on financial literacy and business innovation

 

Grand Final of the Ratoh Jaroe Dance Competition

 

Cultural Highlight

As the festival’s grand finale, the Ratoh Jaroe Dance Competition Grand Final was successfully held on May 30, 2026, at the IPMI campus. The competition featured female high school students from across Greater Jakarta, showcasing harmony, discipline, and collective excellence.

 

The competition was evaluated by a panel of distinguished judges:

1. 1. Marzuki Hasan (Acehnese Dance Maestro and 2019 Pancasila Achievement Icon)
   2. Rahmidawati Aldi, S.M. (Puteri Indonesia Aceh 2026)
   3. Ery Ekawati, M.Sn. (Dance Lecturer, Institut Kesenian Jakarta)

“We are proud of the collaboration between IPMI and BPIP RI, along with our partners such as Yayasan Puteri Indonesia, Mustika Ratu, Institut Kesenian Jakarta, Paskibraka Jakarta Selatan, DoE Intaward Indonesia, and all sponsors who contributed to the success of Pancasila Youth Fest 2026. The participation of over 500 young individuals demonstrates that the spirit of Pancasila remains highly relevant and alive among today’s youth,” stated the Organizing Committee.
