Operation Leadership Development Program (OLDP) PT KAI

Jakarta, October 28, 2025 — IPMI Business School’s Executive Education successfully conducted the Operation Leadership Development Program (OLDP), a comprehensive leadership initiative designed for BOD-3 or Manager-level leaders who hold strategic responsibilities in leading and directing their respective units within the organization. The program was held from September 11 to October 28, 2025, through a hybrid learning format, combining both online and offline sessions, and was attended by 25 participants. The Operation Leadership Development Program (OLDP) was specifically developed to enhance leadership competencies aligned with the company’s standards and strategic direction. Integrating both theoretical and practical learning approaches, the program aims to strengthen participants’ ability to lead effectively, make data-driven decisions, and foster operational excellence within their areas of responsibility. This initiative is expected to develop future leaders who are capable of addressing complex business challenges, identifying emerging opportunities, and driving PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) toward competitive advantage at both national and global levels, while ensuring the company’s sustainable business growth.
