Competency Program PT MMKSI

PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) recently conducted a series of Competency Training programs designed to enhance the professional capabilities of its employees. The training was delivered in multiple batches and classes, accommodating between 10 to 20 participants per session, ranging from staff level to department heads and managers.

The program was developed and organized by Executive Education IPMI, ensuring a structured and high-quality learning experience aligned with corporate and industry standards. The training sessions were held at MMKSI’s headquarters in Pulomas, Jakarta, over two months, from 3 December 2025 to 2 February 2026.

The program featured distinguished facilitators, including Prof. Roy Sembel, Rudy Afandi, Andi Kartika Utomo, Tya Adhitama, I Made Harta Wijaya, Hesti Nur Lestari, and Danny Kosasih. Each facilitator contributed expertise across various competency areas, fostering an engaging and practical learning environment.

Through this initiative, MMKSI reaffirmed its commitment to continuous professional development and organizational excellence by equipping its workforce with the skills and insights necessary to meet evolving business challenges.
